Distillation units

Eskens is the Benelux agent for the company D.W.Renzmann, a German machine manufacturer that specializes in the production of distillation units and washing machines for the paint and coating industry. Often, these distillation units are installed in combination with washing machines in order to recycle the solvents used in the washing machines.

Safety and energy efficiency are paramount:

• All components are “ex-proof” according to the 94/9 directive (ATEX 95).
• The temperature of the distillate is continuously monitored.
• All parts that come into contact with the distillate are solvent-resistant.
• A flow detector follows the emptying of the machine (avoiding overflow)
• The flat heated bottom ensures an optimal heat transfer
• The mass is constantly kept in motion by the strong scrapers
