Dyno-Mill grinding mills are used to produce injectable products. Often the cells of active ingredients must be opened, or the particles must be reduced in size to the Nano range.
DYNO-MILL bead mills are ideally suited for these tasks, and some models can even be sterilised.
We distribute the stainless steel drums and conveying systems of the German Müller Group, and the cGMP washing installations of Müller Cleaning (machines with washing programmes that can be entirely validated).

Food
In the Food industry we supply machines that mix dry ingredients, homogenise pastes or sauces, and machines to grind emulsions.
- PUC colloid mills can grind and mix sauces and meat products.
- DYNO-MILL ECM AP bead mills can reduce particle sizes up to Nano size in order to create extremely fine emulsions.
- Lödige and Westerlins mixers can be used to mix dry and liquid products
- Lödige coaters can coat sweets or chocolate.

Paint, ink and coating
Eskens Process Solutions has been the Benelux agent for Willy A. Bachofen A.G., the Swiss machine builder that developed and produces DYNO-MILL grinding mills, for more than 40 years. Using this solid foundation, we have constantly expanded our service department with experienced service engineers.
Over the years, other machine manufacturers have also entrusted their brands to us, which means that we can offer our clients extremely complete production facilities:
